LETS Draw-Down Raffle Engine

This Privacy Policy explains how the LETS Draw-Down Raffle Engine ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Discord Bot and Web Portal.

1. Information We Collect

To provide raffle services and administrative tools, we collect the following data from Discord:

  • Interaction Data: Slash command usage, raffle entry timestamps, and individual spot selections.
  • Election & Queue History: For certain game modes (e.g., TNT Powerball), we collect Election Confirmation IDs, spot request history, and queue positions to facilitate administrative approval and promotion.
  • Session Data: We use an encrypted HttpOnly cookie to maintain your login session on the Web Portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Raffle Participation: To register your entry into specific raffles and determine winners.
  • Identity Verification: To ensure only authorized users can access the Admin Panel.
  • Audit Logging: To maintain a 30-day history of administrative actions (e.g., drawing winners, deleting raffles) for server transparency.
  • Notifications: To announce winners via Discord Channel messages, trigger Webhooks as configured by server administrators, and safely deliver individualized player alerts via Direct Messages (DMs) using the Discord API for event rebalancing.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Infrastructure: Your data is stored using Cloudflare D1, a distributed SQL database.
  • Retention:
    • Administrative Audit Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
    • Raffle entry data is stored until the raffle is manually deleted by a server administrator.
  • Security: We verify all incoming Discord requests using Ed25519 signatures and protect web sessions with secure, server-side cookies.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with:

  • Discord Inc: To process interactions and display user metadata.
  • Cloudflare: As our hosting and database provider.
  • User-Configured Webhooks: Data may be sent to external URLs only if explicitly configured by your server's administrator.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

  • Opt-out: You can stop participating in raffles at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your entry data by contacting the administrator of the Discord server running the raffle. Administrators have the tools to reset or delete raffles and their associated histories.
  • Session Termination: Logging out of the Web Portal immediately destroys your session cookie.
