By installing the LETS Draw-Down Discord Bot or accessing our Web Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
LETS Draw-Down ("the Service") provides tools for server administrators to conduct community giveaways, raffles, "TNT - Powerball" selections, and "Battle Royale" style games. The Service is provided as-is.
2. No Gambling / Compliance
- Promotional Use Only: This Service is intended for promotional and community engagement purposes.
- Prohibited Use: Users and Administrators are strictly prohibited from using this Service to conduct illegal gambling. You may not require payment or "consideration" of monetary value in exchange for a raffle entry where prohibited by law.
- Local Laws: It is the responsibility of the Server Administrator to ensure their use of the Service complies with local, state, and national laws regarding contests and giveaways.
3. Liability Disclaimer
The developer of LETS Draw-Down is not responsible for:
- The fulfillment of prizes promised by Server Administrators.
- Any disputes arising from the selection of winners.
- Any loss of data due to technical failures of the Cloudflare Workers or D1 infrastructure.
4. Limitation of Access
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for any user or server found to be violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or abusing the automated entry systems.
5. Communication Consent
By registering and participating in the platform's events, you consent to receiving system-generated Direct Messages (DMs) containing time-sensitive alerts regarding your assignments, queue promotions, election confirmation IDs, and position re-balancing.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
